June 25, 2025 <br />2 <br /> <br />Sound Transit LIVE survey. The survey, which is open until June 29th, seeks input on <br />nonmotorized station access allowance projects for the Everett Link extension. <br />Council Member Fosse expressed gratitude to Shana Peschek for her presentation, participated <br />in Everett Pride, and reminded everyone that Shakespeare in the Park is returning. The event will <br />be held at Wiggums Hollow Park on August 9th, starting at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />President Schwab thanked Shana Peschek for her presentation. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson had no update. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall had no update. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Bader, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8183 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$3,874,359.85 for the period ending June 7, 2025 through June 13, 2025. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – 2024 REET II FUNDING FOR SKATE FEATURE AT LION’S PARK <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 extending the Executed Interlocal Agreement <br />with Snohomish County for $80,000 in 2024 REET II funding to construct a skate feature at <br />Lion’s Park. <br /> <br />CALL FOR BIDS – WALTER E. HALL PARK COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS PATH <br /> <br />To authorize a Call for Bids for the Walter E. Hall community connections path. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – USE OF PARK FOR WIGGUM’S HOLLOW PARK <br /> <br />To approve the Mayor to sign the Agreement to use property for Wiggum’s Hollow Park.
