Crew will install 8 new posts in the crawl space with adjustable bases. Crew will also do 15 concrete remove and <br /> replace in storage room as well as sidewalk on north side of home Crew will install Angle Iron on south side of home and Steel <br /> channel on west, north and east sides. Retaining wall will not require channel. Customer will need to have flooring in downstairs <br /> west rooms or deck baords to allow piers to be installed. Permit and engineering costs included. Lifetime transferable warranty <br /> inlcuded with piers. 50% down and 50% due upon job completion. Job has limited dingo access. Crawl space entrance is located <br /> under back deck on right side of home. Crawl space height is 2 feet. Home owner may have deck detached from home before <br /> lift. Depth Claus: Piers bid to 25 foot max depth, $20 per foot charge beyond that. <br /> L120 is in concurrence with pile layout recommended by R&R provided that the proposed layout is followed as marked and piles are installed <br /> with a maximum pile spacing of 6'-0"o.c.w/the installation of L6x6x3/8 angle or C6x8.2 channel spanning from pile-to-pile per the attached <br /> SSK-01, SSK-02 and SSK-03. Install pile caps per SSK-04. <br /> NOTES: <br /> 1. It is acceptable to install piles at the spacing shown with±0'-6"tolerance to allow for unexpected obstructions encountered during pile <br /> installation provided that no two adjacent spans exceed the spacing limitation of 6'-0"o.c.
