2025 FEDERAL OVERLAY, BROADWAY – CALIFORNIA ST TO 18TH ST SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />FEDERAL AID# STBGUL-2715(012); COE PW# 3841 SP-27 May 6, 2025 <br /> <br /> 1 <br />1-07.8(1).GR1 2 <br />Traffic Control Personnel 3 <br /> 4 <br />1-07.8(1).INST1.GR1 5 <br />Section 1-07.8(1) is revised to read: 6 <br /> 7 <br />1-07.8(1).OPT1.2026.GR1 8 <br />(November 4, 2024) 9 <br />All personnel performing the Work described in Section 1-10 (including traffic control 10 <br />supervisors, flaggers, and others performing traffic control labor of any kind) shall 11 <br />comply with the following: 12 <br /> 13 <br />1. During daylight hours with clear visibility, workers shall wear a high-visibility 14 <br />ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 2 or 3 garment with background material that 15 <br />are fluorescent yellow-green, fluorescent orange-red, or fluorescent red in 16 <br />color; and a high visibility hardhat that is white, yellow, yellow-green, 17 <br />orange, or red in color; and 18 <br /> 19 <br />2.
