During daylight hours with clear visibility, workers shall wear a high-visibility 14 <br />ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 2 or 3 garment with background material that 15 <br />are fluorescent yellow-green, fluorescent orange-red, or fluorescent red in 16 <br />color; and a high visibility hardhat that is white, yellow, yellow-green, 17 <br />orange, or red in color; and 18 <br /> 19 <br />2.
