2025 FEDERAL OVERLAY, BROADWAY – CALIFORNIA ST TO 18TH ST SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />FEDERAL AID# STBGUL-2715(012); COE PW# 3841 SP-42 May 6, 2025 <br /> <br />The provisions of FHWA 1273, as amended, included in this Contract require that the 1 <br />Contractor insert the FHWA 1273 and amendments thereto in each subcontract, together 2 <br />with the wage rates which are part of the FHWA 1273, as amended. Also, a clause shall 3 <br />be included in each subcontract requiring the subcontractors to insert the FHWA 1273 4 <br />and amendments thereto in any lower tier subcontracts, together with the wage rates. 5 <br />The Contractor shall also ensure that this section, REQUIRED FEDERAL AID 6 <br />PROVISIONS, is inserted in each subcontract for subcontractors and lower tier 7 <br />subcontractors.
