The scope of our services included review of the area geologic map; assessment of <br /> subsurface soil and groundwater conditions; assessment of geologically hazardous areas present <br /> at the site; and preparation of this report of our findings, conclusions, and recommendations. <br /> SITE CONDITIONS <br /> Site Description <br /> The project site is in the Harborview-Seahurst-Glenhaven neighborhood of Everett,Washington, <br /> as illustrated in Plate 1—Site Location Map. The site is irregularly shaped and consists of <br /> approximately 50,965 square feet(1.17 acres). The existing single-family residence is in the <br /> central region of the property. From the southeast corner, at elevation of approximately 320 feet, <br /> the site topography slopes gently in the northwest. When approaching the west property line, the <br /> topography descends westward at moderate inclinations, and continues to descend beyond the <br /> property line.
