The revenue earned is 10% of the Schnack Shack’s gross proceeds each month, which equals approximately $3,000 annually. Project summary statement: The Schnack Shack, owned by Andria White, licenses the concessions area at Phil Johnson Ballfields to provide concessions to the park goers, and game spectators. Having concessions at Phil Johnson Ballfields provides an additional amenity to those visiting the park and attending games at the complex. This is an ongoing contract which is due for an amendment to extend the term. Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign the Schnack Shack concessions Contract amendment No 2.
