The purpose of this <br />Ordinance is to further amend EMC 16.09.010 to revise IPMC Section 404.3. <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt the amendment to Ordinance 3196-10 (International Property Maintenance <br />Code) (EMC 16.09.010). <br />
