Police Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />April 16, 2025 <br />2 <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $1,410,000.00 <br />February 2025 $139,321.43 <br />February 2025 HMA fees $11,001.90 <br />Remaining budget $1,148,087.56 81.42% <br />Moved by Franklin, seconded by Neighbors, to approve the pension rolls and medical claims as <br />presented. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Member Jorve and Sebald who were <br />excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />ACTION ITEM <br />Member #152 Request for reimbursement of $104.08 for physical therapy in excess of <br />yearly cap. <br />Moved by Franklin, seconded by Neighbors, to approve the request for reimbursement <br />$104.08 for physical therapy <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Member Jorve and Sebald who were <br />excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />OTHER: <br />Discussion about the possibility of the Pension Board agreeing to pay additional postage costs <br />in order to send monthly pension checks via USPS Certified Mail at a cost of $4.85 per check. <br />Moved by Schwab, seconded by Thiessen, to approve the request to allow pension checks to <br />be mailed via USPS certified mail if necessary. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Member Jorve and Sebald who were <br />excused. <br />Motion carried.
