Fire Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />April 16, 2025 <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Fire Pension Board was called to order at 9:30 a.m. on April 16, 2025. <br />Board Members Neyens, Schwab, Franklin and Vitalich as well as alternate member Oas were <br />present. Board Member Jorve was excused. Chelsi Bardwell and Ana Mechler, Human Resources; <br />David Hall, Board Attorney and Richard Gray, Finance were also present. <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The minutes of the meeting of March 19, 2025 were approved. <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br /> <br />PENSION ROLL <br />Budgeted Amount $709,000.00 <br />February 2025 $67,131.81 <br />Remaining budget $574,736.38 81.06% <br /> <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $1,946,000.00 <br />February 2025 $185,301.69 <br />February 2025 HMA fees $14,905.35 <br />Remaining budget $1,571,196.46 80.74% <br /> <br /> <br />Moved by Vitalich, seconded by Neyens, to approve the pension rolls claims as presented. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes except Board Member Jorve who was excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />Moved by Vitalich, seconded by Neyens, to approve the medical claims as presented. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes except Board Member Jorve who was excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
