AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br />TO AGREEMENT NO. WQC-2023-EverPW-00118 <br />BETWEEN <br />THE STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY <br />AND <br />City of Everett <br />PURPOSE: To amend the above-referenced agreement (AGREEMENT) between the state of Washington Department of <br />Ecology (ECOLOGY) and City of Everett (RECIPIENT) for the Regional Stormwater Facility Planning (PROJECT). <br /> <br />The RECIPIENT experienced PROJECT delays due to the need for additional outfall mapping work . This amendment will <br />extend the expiration date of the AGREEMENT from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026, to provide the RECIPIENT with <br />additional time to complete grant deliverables for this PROJECT.
