Golfing,baseball, etc. <br /> It is unlawful to practice or play golf, baseball, cricket, lacrosse, polo, archery, hockey, <br /> tennis, badminton or other games of like character or to hurl or propel any airborne or other <br /> missile except at places set apart for such purposes by the park board. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Golfing, baseball, etc. <br /> It is unlawful to practice or play golf, baseball, cricket, lacrosse, polo, archery, hockey, <br /> tennis, badminton or other games of like character or to hurl or propel any airborne or other <br /> missile except at places set apart for such purposes by the Parks Director. Violation of any of the <br /> provisions of this section constitutes an infraction, and may be punished by a penalty of not more <br /> than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). <br /> Section 22: Section 17 of Ordinance No. 3471 (EMC 9.06.160), which reads as follows: <br /> Littering. <br /> It is unlawful to throw any refuse, litter, broken glass, crockery, nails, shrubbery, <br /> trimmings,junk or advertising matter in any park or to deposit any such material therein, except <br /> in designated receptacles. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Littering. <br /> No person shall leave, deposit, drop or scatter any bottles, broken glass, ashes, paper, <br /> cans or other rubbish, litter or refuse in any city park except in a garbage can or other receptacle <br /> designated for such purposes. Violation of any of the provisions of this section constitutes an <br /> infraction, and may be punished by a penalty of not more than two hundred fifty dollars <br /> ($250.00). <br /> Section 23: Ordinance No. 3471, as amended, (Chapter 9.06 EMC) is hereby amended by the <br /> addition of the following new section: <br /> Parking for certain purposes prohibited. <br /> A. No person shall park any vehicle in any park for the principal purpose of: <br /> 1. Displaying of commercial or noncommercial signs; or <br /> 2. Displaying such vehicle for sale. <br /> 12 <br />
