Fire Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />May 21, 2025 <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Fire Pension Board was called to order at 9:30 a.m. on May 21, 2025. <br />Board Members Neyens, Schwab and Vitalich were present. Board Members Jorve and Franklin <br />were excused. Ana Mechler, Human Resources; Ramsey Ramerman , Board Attorney and Richard <br />Gray and Wai Poon, Finance were also present. <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The minutes of the meeting of April 16, 2025 were approved. <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br /> <br />PENSION ROLL <br />Budgeted Amount $709,000.00 <br />March 2025 $65,911.05 <br />Remaining budget $508,825.33 71.77% <br /> <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $1,946,000.00 <br />March 2025 $132,582.32 <br />March 2025 HMA fees $14,905.35 <br />Remaining budget $1,423,708.79 73.16% <br /> <br /> <br />Moved by Neyens, seconded by Vitalich, to approve the pension rolls claims as presented. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes except Board Members Jorve and Franklin who were <br />excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />Moved by Neyens, seconded by Vitalich, to approve the medical claims as presented. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes except Board Members Jorve and Franklin who were <br />excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />
