Any direction from Department of Ecology that arises during construction shall be strictly adhered to. <br /> 11. Submittals are required to be reviewed and approved by the City of Everett prior to installation.This includes but is not <br /> limited to all material and connection submittals (electrical, landfill gas collection system, impermeable cover system, <br /> water,sewer,storm, bollards, & landscaping). Submittals are also required for any situation where the plan for installation <br /> is not explicitly spelled out or detailed in the plans or other permit documents. Some examples include but are not limited <br /> to the following: boot details for penetrating PVC,connection details for all PVC to HDPE connections, seal offs for <br /> electrical vaults and handholds, performance standards and tests for connections. <br /> 12. Drawing EF1 key note 2: Conduit seal arrangement shown does not meet NEC 501.15(B)(2).
