All formal inspection requests for inspections to be performed by City of Everett Inspectors shall be made 24 hours in advance. Any inspection requests for specialty inspectors shall be made 72 hours in advance. 2. Construction fencing shall be located on either side of the existing access road for residential users and emergency personnel so as to eliminate access to the construction site by anyone other than the contractor/development team. 8. Noise from temporary construction sites is not allowed 10:OOPM—7:OOAM weekdays, 6:OOPM—8:OOAM weekends unless a variance has been issued. Construction projects wishing a variance from the noise ordinance must submit an application at least 30 days prior to commencing work. Any direction from Department of Ecology that arises during construction shall be strictly adhered to. 11. Submittals are required to be reviewed and approved by the City of Everett prior to installation.This includes but is not limited to all material and connection submittals (electrical, landfill gas collection system, impermeable cover system, water,sewer,storm, bollards, & landscaping). Submittals are also required for any situation where the plan for installation is not explicitly spelled out or detailed in the plans or other permit documents. Some examples include but are not limited to the following: boot details for penetrating PVC,connection details for all PVC to HDPE connections, seal offs for electrical vaults and handholds, performance standards and tests for connections. 12. Drawing EF1 key note 2: Conduit seal arrangement shown does not meet NEC 501.15(B)(2). Rigid metal conduit or threaded steel intermediate metal conduit shall be used between the sealing fitting and the point at which the conduit leaves the Division 2 location, and a threaded connection shall be used at the sealing fitting.
