Our services for <br /> this project were completed in general accordance with our agreement dated February 2, 2023. <br /> Geotechnical recommendations for the site were provided in our report titled "Geotechnical Engineering <br /> Services- Lee Johnson Lee Johnson Dealership Improvements, 7800 Evergreen Way, Everett,Washington" <br /> dated December 6, 2021,as well as addendum letters 1 and 2 dated March 31, 2022, and May 24, 2023, <br /> respectively. <br /> EARTHWORK OBSERVATION <br /> We provided geotechnical construction observation services for the project during 43 site visits between <br /> March 22, 2022, and November 15, 2023. Observations and test results documenting our construction <br /> services are presented in our daily field reports, numbered 1 through 43. <br /> Our construction observation services for the LMJ Totem Lake project included the following activities: <br /> ■ Backfill placement and compaction <br /> ■ Subgrade evaluation <br /> ■ Foundation drainage evaluation <br /> Backfill Placement and Compaction <br /> We observed placement and compaction of structural fill to raise site grades, to backfill against footings, <br /> to backfill around the R-tank, and to backfill utility trenches.
