Qvt is <br /> described as a compact mix gravel and sand in a silt matrix and Qva is a dense well-sorted sand and <br /> gravel. <br /> See Appendix D—Geotechnical Report <br /> 3.4 - Critical Areas and Flood Plains <br /> The subject property is considered to contain areas of medium risk of erosion hazards, high to medium risk <br /> of landslide hazards, and low risk of seismic hazards as defined in the Regulations for Environmentally <br /> Critical Areas of the Everett Municipal Code.
