Structures shown in these documents have been reviewed for structurally imposed loads only. <br /> 2. The Contractor/Builder/Erector shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment,facilities,transportation,and <br /> other services necessary for,and reasonably incidental to,the construction of the project as shown on the <br /> drawings and/or specified herein. All work shall comply with the applicable standards of the governing <br /> building code,and any other regulating agencies having authority over any portion of the work,including <br /> those codes and standards for the jurisdiction where the work is being performed. <br /> 3. Where not specifically described in any section of the specifications and/or drawings,workmanship shall <br /> conform to all of the methods and means of the best standards and accepted practices of the trades <br /> involved. The Contractor/Builder/Erector shall verify and inspect all work,dimensions and drawings,and <br /> report any discrepancies before commencing any work. <br /> 4. The Contractor/Builder/Erector is responsible for all means, methods, techniques or procedures and for <br /> all safety precautions and programs in connection with the work. <br /> 5. Unless otherwise noted, all materials shall be new and delivered to the job site in the original packages, <br /> containers and bundles,bearing full identification. Rejected materials shall be immediately removed from <br /> the Project. All finished materials shall be protected at all times, against subsequent damage, until the <br /> event is over. <br /> 6. The Contractor/Builder/Erector shall coordinate all phases of the work, including reception of materials <br /> and use of equipment to minimize interference with existing operations and/or surroundings. <br /> 7. The Contractor/Builder/Erector agrees to assume sole and complete responsibility for job site conditions <br /> during the course of all construction work on this project,including the safety of all persons and property. <br /> Operating of forklifts,hoists,cranes,derricks,and elevators shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's <br /> requirements and appropriate Occupational Safety and Health Act requirements (OSHA). Temporary <br /> construction of all scaffolding and shoring shall be in accordance with the erection procedures and safety <br /> rules recommended by the Scaffolding and Safety Institute (SSI). This requirement shall apply <br /> continuously and not be limited to regular working hours. The Engineer is not responsible for the <br /> temporary stability of structures during erection. <br /> 8. All equipment and materials shall be inspected prior to erection. Damaged, corroded, or substituted <br /> equipment and materials shall not be used. Any field modifications shall be approved before installation. <br /> 9. The Engineer's liability commences when the product is completely erected and the event opens;liability <br /> terminates at the closing of the event. <br /> 10. Use of these documents after the stamp expiration date is a violation of law.
