. ORDINANCE NO. An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement No. 329, for the improvement of Norton Avenue from the east end of the overhead crossing at Twentysecond Street to connect with work done under Local Improve— ment District No. 320 near the north line of the Robinson Manufact- uring Company's tract, by placing additional stringers, redecking, repairing of handrail and guardrail, and all work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1769 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds and providing for the issuance of said bonds* THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local I {provement District No. 329, for the improvement of Norton Avenue from the east end of the overhead crossing at Twentysecond Street to connect with work done under Local Improvement District No. 320 near the north line of the Robinson Manufacturing Company's tract, by placing additional stringers, redecking, repairing of handrails and guardrail, and all work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1769 as the same now stands, be, and the sate is in all things approved and appr0ved4a.nd confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount changed against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll,and - there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon. Pection 3: That the 21 day of May _, 1917, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued
