Executive Dr. <br /> Boise, ID 83713 <br /> Reference: Everett Chase Bank <br /> To Whom It May Concern, <br /> This is to confirm the below listed roof assembly is eligible to receive the proposed IB Roof Systems <br /> Twenty (20) Year Total Systems Warranty when installed in accordance with IB Specifications and <br /> Warranty Program requirements: <br /> IW-IN-S <br /> Deck: Minimum V wood deck. <br /> Insulation: Install two (2) layers of 3.3 Inch IB Energy Board II or approved <br /> polyisocyanurate insulation, loose laid for simultaneous attachment with <br /> the cover board. <br /> Cover Board: Install one (1) layer of/4" DensDeck, mechanically attached, using IB <br /> #14 HD or IB#15 XHD Fasteners and 3" Rhino Bond PVC Induction <br /> Plates in a 2 by 3 ft grid pattern, with the first row of fasteners spaced <br /> 1 ft from corner edges. (minimum of 6 fasteners per board) <br /> Membrane: Install IB PVC Single Ply Membrane 60 (60-mil), is plate bonded using <br /> the Rhino Bond induction device.
