I am the planner assigned to the land-use review of this project, <br /> Additional comments may also be provided by other Departmental reviewers for your application; please utilize the <br /> Online Permitting Portal to check on the status of other reviewers. <br /> Before continuing with our review, Planning requires the following items to be addressed: <br /> • Site plan.While your proposed work is primarily internal to the building, we do need some additional detail on <br /> your site plan. <br /> o Because you are converting garage space, please show on the site plan off-street parking spaces, <br /> meeting Public Works required dimensions. As an Adult Family Home,you must provide 2 off-street <br /> parking spaces for the home, plus 1 off-street space for each employee in a given shift who does not live <br /> on site. (Per EMC 19.34.020,Table 34-1, 3rd line). If additional driveway area is needed to accommodate <br /> parking, please refer to driveway width standards in EMC 19.34.110(C). <br /> o Provide a parking calculation table on the site plan to show both the correct required parking and the <br /> parking you provide. <br /> Please note that these comments do not constitute an exhaustive plan check review.These comments are only related <br /> to the land use code, and do not account for all possible requirements either from Planning or other departmental <br /> reviewers.
