Section 15. RISK OF LOSS TO GRANTEE'S PROPERTY. Stripe Rite bears all <br /> risk of any and all damage and loss to its equipment or materials being stored on the <br /> Property. <br /> Section 16. NOTICE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. Prior to the installation of any <br /> equipment,materials,or fencing on the Property, Stripe Rite will supply the City with a <br /> drawing and any necessary specifications relating to its use of the Property. Stripe Rite <br /> must obtain City approval of the proposed area and location of any fencing prior to <br /> installation. The City's review, comments,and approval shall not create any City <br /> liability for any action or inaction relating to such review,and Stripe Rite shall remain <br /> wholly responsible for the safety,adequacy,suitability,utility,and constructability of its <br /> fencing. <br /> Section 17. NO WARRANTY. The City does not warrant its title or ownership of the <br /> Property. <br /> Section 18. NON-EXCLUSIVE. This License is not exclusive. The City is not <br /> prohibited from granting permission to others to occupy or use portions of the Property <br /> where such uses are not inconsistent with this License. <br /> Section 19. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. The City reserves all rights not <br /> expressly granted by this License. <br /> Section 20. NO THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. This License does not create any rights <br /> in any third party. <br /> Section 21. APPLICABLE LAW AND VENUE. The laws of the State of <br /> Washington shall apply to this License.
