In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building <br /> Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. <br /> Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> These initial comments are general in nature and based on preliminary information.Additional <br /> comments will typically be generated once a complete submission is reviewed. All comments are based <br /> on the 2018 International Building Code(IBC), 2018 International Residential Code (IRC),and/or the <br /> 2018 Washington State Residential Energy Code(WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and <br /> adopted by the City of Everett. <br /> These comments address building issues only.Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br /> departments(such as Utilities,Traffic,Planning or Fire).
