2 <br />Brief Description of Engagement <br />Tom Ovens from Police Training Solutions will present <br />at Everett Police Department (EPD) Leadership Training <br />on the following topics: <br />1. Role of Sergeant in Force Incidents- Why it <br />Matters. <br />2. Qualified Immunity- what it is and how we lose <br />it. <br />3. Sergeants Investigation of Forceless than deadly <br />force. <br />4. Sergeants, Investigation of Force-deadly force. <br />5. Force reporting- officers and sergeants. <br />6. Force review: what are Sergeants doing <br />7. Field leadership. <br />8. Fixing Problems- correct, document and report. <br />The audience from EPD will be police supervisors <br />from the rank of Sergeant to the Chief (approximately <br />50 employees).
