Also, Expanded Personal and Advertising <br /> Injury Coverage does not apply to policies issued in the states of New York or Ohio. <br /> 4. This provision (Expanded Personal and Advertising Injury) does not apply if Personal and <br /> Advertising Injury Liability is excluded either by the provisions of the Policy or by endorsement. <br /> 5.
