(16) Fines or Penalties Fines or penalties levied or imposed by a governmental entity because of discrimination. 3. This provision (Expanded Personal and Advertising Injury) does not apply to discrimination or humiliation committed in the states of New York or Ohio. Also, Expanded Personal and Advertising Injury Coverage does not apply to policies issued in the states of New York or Ohio. 4. This provision (Expanded Personal and Advertising Injury) does not apply if Personal and Advertising Injury Liability is excluded either by the provisions of the Policy or by endorsement. 5. Personal and Advertising Injury Re-Defined Section F. Liability and Medical Expenses Definitions, item 14, Personal Advertising Injury, Paragraph c. is replaced by the following: c.
