June 8, 2016 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> GRANT AGREEMENT — VIDEO MONITORING SYSTEM <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign the grant agreement with <br /> Snohomish County Human Services in the amount of $23,000 to <br /> upgrade the existing video monitoring system at the Carl Gipson <br /> Senior Center. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — GRANT FUNDING APPLICATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to adopt Resolution No. 6995 authorizing the submittal of a <br /> Youth Athletic Facilities Program grant funding application to the <br /> Recreation and Conservation Office to aid in financing the cost of <br /> facility development for Phil Johnson Ball Fields and authorize the <br /> Mayor to sign documents required to accept and implement any <br /> award of the grant. <br /> Council Member Franklin encouraged the City to solicit future bids for the <br /> materials to exclude the crumb rubber. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — GRANT FUNDING APPLICATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipfer, to adopt Resolution No. 6996 authorizing the submittal <br /> 194 <br />
