(10) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional.Services Agreement with Gray and Osborne Inc., for the Water Filter Plant Standpipe Replacement Project in the amount not to exceed $191,000.00. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with OAC Services, Inc., for Project Management and Construction Management Functions for the Everett Station Water Intrusion Repair Project, in the amount of $60,935.00.
