Please see the correction <br /> items listed below and resubmit a 2 copies of the revised plans along with a transmittal sheet at your convenience for <br /> additional review. <br /> 1. Will the proposed coffee stand have connections to the water and sewer utilities? If yes, is a separate water <br /> meter required or will it share the water from the service/gas station? Please proposed utility connections on <br /> the revised site plan. <br /> 2. Will the coffee stand have a 3-compartment sink?Additional grease control requirements may be required if the <br /> coffee stand is designated as a Food Service Establishment.See EMC 14.42. For additional information please <br /> contact Industrial Pre Treatment at pretreatment@everettwa.gov. <br /> 3. The location of the coffee stand and the potential for queued cars will effectively block the exit lane of the gas <br /> station to 19th AVE SE.
