• Will the proposed coffee stand have connections to the water and sewer utilities? If yes, is a separate water meter required or will it share the water from the service/gas station? Please proposed utility connections on the revised site plan. -No water hook up or sewer hook up. This will all be water tanks and grey water collection tanks with a commissary agreement that will have a 3 compartment sink to get water from and dump grey water. I am submitting the health dept application for all of that. • Will the coffee stand have a 3-compartment sink? Additional grease control requirements may be required if the coffee stand is designated as a Food Service Establishment. See EMC 14.42. Please provide a revised site plan/traffic management plan/channelization plan showing how the flow of traffic will be managed/directed. This would take care of the issue of flow of traffic and not blocking the exit lane. I had 2 meetings before submitting plans and they said this should work. • The site plan provided with the sign permit shows 45ft-6in from 19th AVE SE to the front of the stand.
