• Will the proposed coffee stand have connections to the water and sewer utilities? <br /> If yes, is a separate water meter required or will it share the water from the <br /> service/gas station? Please proposed utility connections on the revised site plan. <br /> -No water hook up or sewer hook up. This will all be water tanks and grey water <br /> collection tanks with a commissary agreement that will have a 3 compartment sink to <br /> get water from and dump grey water. I am submitting the health dept application for all <br /> of that. <br /> • Will the coffee stand have a 3-compartment sink? Additional grease control <br /> requirements may be required if the coffee stand is designated as a Food <br /> Service Establishment. See EMC 14.42. For additional information please <br /> contact Industrial Pre Treatment at pre treatment(cD-%, „ettwa.gov. <br /> -The water district does require a grease trap and the health department requires <br /> a 3 compartment sink which will be in the gas station back room. <br /> • The location of the coffee stand and the potential for queued cars will effectively <br /> block the exit lane of the gas station to 19th AVE SE. Please provide a revised <br /> site plan/traffic management plan/channelization plan showing how the flow of <br /> traffic will be managed/directed. For additional information please contact <br /> Michael Brick in our Traffic Engineering Dept. at MBrick(cDeverettwa.gov. <br /> -As drawn on the site plan, the plan is to route traffic coming into the gas station <br /> and the coffee stand at the north entrance and leave the site from the south entrance. <br /> This would take care of the issue of flow of traffic and not blocking the exit lane. I had 2 <br /> meetings before submitting plans and they said this should work. <br /> • The site plan provided with the sign permit shows 45ft-6in from 19th AVE SE to <br /> the front of the stand.
