I am the planner conducting the Planning intake review for this application. Please note the <br /> following comments are not a thorough plan check review and they only address larger zoning compliance points and <br /> the submittal checklist. Additional comments may be provided by the Building intake reviewer for your application; <br /> please utilize the Online Permitting Portal to check on the status of other reviewers. <br /> 1. Please submit floor plans showing existing and proposed work. The floor plans need to clarify the proposed use <br /> of the existing garage. <br /> 2. Please clarify if any exterior work is proposed. <br /> 3. Since the garage is being converted to living space, please submit a site plan showing how the on-site parking <br /> requirements will be met. Two on-site parking spaces are required for a single-family residence. The parking <br /> spaces must be paved/on a permeant surface per the Public Works Department standards. The required parking <br /> spaces cannot be gravel. <br /> Note: Attached is our Residential Construction Checklist that provides a site plan example. <br /> The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy is available on the Permit Services Page. Please submit at minimum 2 <br /> copies of any revised documents/plans. <br /> These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other <br /> departments.
