Stormwater Site Plan Report <br /> CG Project#13017.20 <br /> Chapter I — Project Description <br /> Chapter I Summary <br /> Narrative <br /> Vicinity Map <br /> Aerial Photograph <br /> The proposed project is the addition of an auto sentry building and an associated driveway area <br /> to site located at an existing car wash property, located at 3523 Broadway Ave in Everett, WA. <br /> The site parcel number is 00437385800700. <br /> The site is a rectangular shaped parcel of 0.69 acres. It includes an existing car wash building <br /> with a footprint of 3,600 square feet and is generally covered with associated asphalt and <br /> concrete surfaces.A driveway runs around a 1,500 square foot round island of landscaping at <br /> the north side of the property.The proposal is to replace the landscaping and driveway in this <br /> area, and add an auto sentry building along the driveway path into the car wash. <br /> New/replaced impervious areas include: <br /> Building: 670 square feet <br /> Pavement: 3,516 square feet <br /> Curbs: 171 square feet <br /> Total: 4,357 square feet <br /> Disturbance of the site will be limited to an area around the proposed improvements. It is <br /> expected that clearing and grading will be limited to an area of approximately 5,000 square <br /> feet,as shown on the Temporary Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan. <br /> The proposed work is expected to yield approximately 20 cubic yards of cut and 5 cubic yards of <br /> fill. <br /> Design was per the City of Everett Stormwater Management Manual and the City of Everett <br /> Design and Construction Standards Manual.This report is based on the steps recommended in <br /> Volume 1,Section 3.2 of the Stormwater Manual.
