The 9.12 acre portion of the site <br /> covered by this report is shown on Exhibit A — Pre-Developed Conditions Map. There are <br /> no existing water quality or flow control measures in place for the portion of the <br /> development covered by this report. Downstream of the site, the public system continues <br /> east along West Casino Road. <br /> Discharge at Natural(Existing) Location <br /> No change is proposed to the existing onsite drainage system connection to the closed <br /> system within West Casino Road. <br /> Wells, Septic Tanks and Fuel Tanks <br /> There are no known fuel tanks, wells or septic tanks located on the property. The former <br /> onsite fueling station has already been removed and it is assumed that any fuel tanks <br /> associated with the station were removed at that time.
