Drainage Report <br /> Boeing Everett-E-6 Parking Lot Expansion July 16,2013 <br /> TABLE 2 Proposed ESC Measures <br /> (All ESC Measures Shall Comply with the Stormwater Manual) <br /> ESC Measure Comment <br /> ' 1 Identify Project Limits Mark by fencing or other means to contain <br /> the grubbing and grading activities. <br /> 2 Catch Basin Inlet Protection Install catch basin inlet protection in any <br /> ' drainage structures that may collect any <br /> stormwater flowing from the construction <br /> site. <br /> 3 Phase Grubbing and Grading Phase clearing so that only those areas that <br /> are actively being worked are uncovered. <br /> From October 1 through April 30, no soils <br /> shall remain exposed for more than 2 days. <br /> ' From May 1 through September 30, no soils <br /> shall remain exposed for more than 7 days. <br /> ' 4 Install Straw Wattles Install straw wattles around disturbed areas <br /> where sediment could be transported off-site. <br /> Adjust straw wattles as required by site <br /> ' conditions and construction sequencing. <br /> 5 Sod/Seed Exposed Areas Cleared areas will be sod/seeded as soon as <br /> possible after grading completed (few <br /> ' weeks). <br /> 6 Soil Removal Remove excess soil from the site as soon as <br /> possible after backfilling. <br /> ' 7 Protect Adjacent Properties Adjacent properties shall be protected from <br /> sediment deposition by appropriate use of <br /> vegetative buffer strips, sediment barriers or <br /> filters, dikes or mulching, or by a <br /> combination of these measures and other <br /> appropriate BMPs. <br /> 8 Street Cleaning Provide for periodic street cleaning to <br /> remove any sediment that may have been <br /> tracked out. Sediment should be removed by <br /> ' or and carefully removedshoveling to a suitablesweeping disposal area where it <br /> will not be re-eroded. <br /> 9 Inspect ESC BMPs Inspect all erosion and sediment control <br /> ' BMPs installed regularly, especially after <br /> any large storm.
