I <br /> CITY OF EVERETT STORMWATER MANAGEMENT MANUAL <br /> Chapter 2 - Worksheet for Multi-Family, Commercial and <br /> ' Industrial Sites <br /> The worksheet on the following pages is designed for use by site designers of multi-family,commercial, <br /> and industrial sites. This worksheet and the BMPs are organized by the different activities that are <br /> conducted at these sites. <br /> The entire worksheet must be completed by checking the appropriate boxes for all activities that will <br /> occur at the work place. If any of the activities are checked off any and will be performed outdoors or <br /> can affect the stormwater drainage system,the activity code on the worksheet must be used to find the <br /> BMPs in Chapter 3 that are required for the site. <br /> Any activities checked off that occur indoors at the site are exempt from implementing additional BMPs, <br /> provided that all discharges from the activity are controlled(e.g.,process water,washwater,lubricants, <br /> solvents,fugitive dust,granular material,blow down waste, etc.)such that no exposure to stormwater <br /> occurs. No discharge from indoor drains or processes can ultimately contact stormwater or be transported <br /> to surface waters,and liquids,powders, dusts, and fine granular materials must stay confined indoors; <br /> otherwise,the site will be subject to all of the BMP requirements. <br /> The City's Industrial Pretreatment Program at(425)257-8874 must be contacted regarding any <br /> discharges to the sanitary sewer. <br /> The completed worksheet shall be included as part of the Source Control Plan section of the Stormwater <br /> Site Plan(see Volume I,Chapter 3.2.8) <br /> I <br /> 1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> Volume IV—Source Control <br /> 2-3 <br />
