I am <br /> trying to wrap up my review for Planning and have some corrections/clarification items to address before I can sign off. <br /> For clarification—the plans submitted describe 14 signs but the submitted permit description only references 1 sign <br /> (install one non-illuminated channel letter set, 2'5"x 8'10"). Could you confirm whether these signs are also to be <br /> included with this permit or were just included for reference purposes at this time? If the interior signs are to be <br /> included, please provide additional information regarding the proposed replacement signs. Planning will need to ensure <br /> the proposed signs will adhere to the 2006 Comprehensive Design Plan decision for the Everett Clinic (REV1106-010, <br /> documentation attached). <br /> Feel free to send pdf copies to me directly for re-review.
