This site has no unusual conditions requiring extraordinary measures beyond industry best <br /> ' management practices. <br /> Construction phasing: Phasing is not proposed. The construction sequence is described on <br /> Sheet SP 1.0 of the construction plans. <br /> Construction schedule: As this project is still in the approval and permitting process the <br /> schedule has not been established. The work likely will begin sometime in the spring or summer <br /> of 2014. <br /> Financial/ownership responsibilities: The current owner/applicant is Anthem Self Storage (EM) <br /> LLC.,whose contact information is provided on the cover of this report and on Sheet SP1.0 of <br /> ' the construction plans. The owner or his representative is responsible for selecting a contractor, <br /> who in turn is responsible for ensuring that the work is done in accordance with the approved <br /> plans to the satisfaction of the owner and the city inspector. Environmental bonding <br /> ' requirements, if any, will be administered by the City of Everett in accordance with applicable <br /> codes and agreements. <br /> ' Engineering calculations: See the appendix of this report. <br /> Certified Erosion &Sediment Control Lead: The owner or contractor shall identify an on-call <br /> ' Certified Erosion& Sediment Control Lead(CESCL) for this project prior to commencing work. <br /> This individual will be qualified by having completed a certification program or"any equivalent <br /> training" (C.O.E. I1-2.2.1). The CESCL will not be selected until after the contractor is selected, <br /> ' as it maybe someone on the contractor's staff or a subcontracted position. Monitoring and <br /> reporting requirements will be discussed at the required pre-construction meeting with City of <br /> Everett staff. <br /> I <br /> 1 <br />
