8. PROJECT OVERVIEW <br /> This project proposed over the north side of an existing parcel totaling 0.70 acres. Due to <br /> the presence of existing site improvements only 0.70 acres of the site will be disturbed as <br /> a result of this project to construct the new parking and building addition. The existing <br /> structure and all other existing improvements around these parcels will remain on the <br /> site. All the new/replaced impervious surfaces will be directed to either the existing water <br /> quality facilities or a new facility. The site conveyance system discharges to the storm <br /> system within the Madison St R.O.W. The existing ground cover of asphalt and gravel in <br /> the area of disturbance will be converted to new/replaced impervious surfaces as a result <br /> of this project. <br /> Rod land Toyota 12-0412 <br /> May 2012 Page-17 <br />
