If the site inspection indicates that the site is out of <br /> compliance,the inspection report shall include a summary of the <br /> remedial actions required to bring the site back into compliance, as <br /> well as a schedule of implementation. <br /> i. Name, title, and signature of person conducting the site inspection; <br /> and the following statement: "I certify under penalty of law that • <br /> this report is true, accurate, and complete, to the best of my <br /> knowledge and belief'. <br /> When the site inspection indicates that the site is not in compliance with any terms and <br /> conditions of the NPDES permit,the Permittee shall take immediate action(s)to: stop, <br /> contain, and clean up the unauthorized discharges, or otherwise stop the noncompliance; <br /> correct the problem(s); implement appropriate Best Management Practices (BMPs), <br /> and/or conduct maintenance of existing BMPs; and achieve compliance with all <br /> applicable standards and permit conditions.
