Stormwater Site Plan Report
CG Project#13008.20
Chapter II — Site Assessment
Chapter 11 Summary
Narrative
Site Survey(11 x17)
Soil Maps
This section of the report includes the survey drawing of the site, showing the land features and
topography.
The project is bordered by Evergreen Way on the southeast property line. It is bordered by a
• partially developed site on the southwest, which includes grass, trees, plants, and pathways.
The project is bordered by two different apartment properties on the north. Lastly, it is
bordered by a PUD property on the northeast property line. The PUD property is developed
near Evergreen Way, but is primarily grass and trees.
Soil Maps from NRCS are provided in this section of the report, but a detailed report is provided
in Section VI.
• There are no critical areas on the site.
The site almost entirely slopes from the northwest toward the southeast, which makes
Evergreen Way the point where stormwater from the site will eventually be discharged. As can
be seen in the survey for this section, the northern most portions of the site slope
• northeasterly, but this drainage also appears to turn toward Highway 99, once it reaches the
site's northeast property line and sheet flows onto the adjacent PUD property. This was verified
upon CG Engineering's site inspection.
40 The site is generally covered with vegetation. The trees can be seen on the survey in this
• section, and the bushes and grass areas are visible on the aerial photograph in Section I. There
are some assorted concrete pads at the north end of the site, and some pavement near the
southeast property corner. There is also an access road running along the northeast property
line.
0
250 4th Ave South, Suite 200
ENGINEERING Edmonds, WA 98020
