SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The proposed project Pagoda Village Everett is located 2920 Grand Ave. Everett, WA- <br /> 98206. More generally, the site is located in Section 19, Township 29 North, and Range 5 <br /> East of the Willamette Meridian in the City of Everett, Washington. Per SCC survey of <br /> Snohomish County,the project site contains Alderwood Urban Land Complex 2 to 8 <br /> percent. The site currently exists as a commercial property. The entire property is 100% <br /> impervious area and exists as either building or pavement. There are no critical areas <br /> located within the site. The proposal is to construct a six story apartment building with the <br /> first floor being a farmers market, with two levels of underground parking. The project is at <br /> the intersection of Grand Ave and Hewitt Ave. Vehicular access to the site will be from the <br /> Alley. <br /> Since the existing and proposed impervious area of the project site is approximately the <br /> same,the project is exempt for Flow Control and Runoff treatment per City of Everett <br /> interim Policy 2-11 and the proposed drainage will be directly connected to the combined <br /> sewer/storm system maintained by the City. <br /> ul� $a 2 <br /> ,g ` Wail& lrKr�f A fi''re t /�n' <br />
