8. PROJECT OVERVIEW <br /> This project proposed on an existing parcel totaling 0.14 acres. Due to the presence of <br /> existing site improvements this project will replace existing impervious and landscaping <br /> with new parking and landscaping. All the new impervious surfaces will be directed to a <br /> grass lined swale with check dams. The swale is collected by a CB at the west end <br /> which discharges to the combined storm/sewer system within the alley to the west. <br /> The site grades for this project are moderate, approximately 8%. Site grading will be <br /> necessary to construct the project with the majority of the excavation required to provide <br /> a parking lot grade that is less that 7%.
