If your project does not include a topographic survey (see Step 1.4),you can use Map Everett <br /> to print out your existing information. <br /> Refer to Map Everett for readily available information:www.everettwa.gov/MapEverett <br /> Refer to the Map Everett Viewer Instructions at the end of this template for guidance. <br /> In addition to the items identified in drawing#102, also include the following on your <br /> stormwater site plan drawing: <br /> 0 Drainage flow paths (location, direction of flow). <br /> Step 1.4: Attach Topographic Survey(required for some projects). <br /> is It is required that a registered land surveyor, civil engineer or other qualified <br /> professional prepare a topographic survey of the project site if it includes steep <br /> slopes, critical areas,flood or geologic hazards, or at the discretion of the stormwater <br /> reviewer. <br /> Step 1.5: Attach Small Project Declaration of Covenant for Inspection and <br /> Maintenance of Onsite Stormwater BMPs. <br /> 0 To ensure future maintenance and allow access for inspection, any On-Site Stormwater <br /> BMP (MR#5) constructed as part of the project must have a Declaration of Covenant. A <br /> ® draft covenant should be submitted for review prior to recording. Fill out and attach <br /> the Small Project Declaration of Covenant for Inspection and Maintenance of Onsite <br /> Stormwater BMPs.
