1 <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date of the last signature <br />below and is between the City of Everett, a Washington municipal corporation (the “City”), and <br />Service Provider identified in the Basic Provisions below (“Service Provider”). This Agreement is <br />for the purpose of the Service Provider providing the services as set forth in this Agreement.
