0 � <br /> SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The proposed project Everett Maston is located 8311 Upper Ridge road, Everett, WA- <br /> 98203. More generally, the site is located in Section 12, Township 28 North, and Range 4 <br /> East of the Willamette Meridian in Snohomish County, Washington. Per SCC survey of <br /> Snohomish County, the project site contains Alderwood Urban Land Complex 2 to 8 <br /> percent. The site exists as cleared land with grass. There are no critical areas located within <br /> the site. The proposal is to construct two homes (1,882 SF each) equates to a total <br /> impervious area of 3,764 SF. <br /> Based on Figure 2.1 Volume-1 Minimum Technical Requirements of City of Everett <br /> Stormwater Management Manual the proposed project shall meet minimum requirements <br /> #1 through#5. Individual infiltration trenches are proposed to meet BMP 12.30, Volume <br /> III. The report follows the Stormwater Site Plan per City of Everett requirements. Refer to <br /> the following pages for more details. <br />
