i <br /> 1 <br /> 4.0 OFF-SITE ANALYSIS REPORT <br /> A quarter-mile off-site analysis was performed for this project site. Runoff leaves the site at the <br /> existingconnects catchtothe basinpublic locatedcombine in d the parkingstorm pavementsanitarysewer in theconveyance northeastsystem and. southeastThecombined corners <br /> storm of <br /> ' <br /> the site. These catch basins discharge to a drainage pipe that heads north toward the alley that <br /> sewer conveyance line continues east toward the 1-5 corridor. At the time of the analysis, there <br /> were no discovered drainage problems with the downstream drainage course. Please refer to the <br /> ' Off-Site Analysis Drainage System Table, as well as the downstream drainage course map <br /> prepared for this project on the following pages of this report. <br /> ' UPSTREAM ANALYSIS <br /> The project site is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Walnut Street and Everett <br /> Avenue. The site is bounded by public right of way to the west and south and by public alley to <br /> the north. Walnut Street and Everett Avenue frontages are fully developed with curb, gutter, <br /> sidewalk, and a drainage system consisting of catch basins and conveyance piping. The public <br /> alley also has a drainage collection system of catch basins and conveyance piping. The off-site <br /> grades along the east boundary drain away from the site. There is no upstream runoff coming <br /> ' onto the site.
