SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The proposed project Diet Center is located 10013 4th Ave W, Everett, WA-98204. More <br /> generally, the site is located in Section 03, Township 26 North, and Range 4 East of the <br /> Willamette Meridian in Snohomish County, Washington. Per SCC survey of Snohomish <br /> County,the project site contains Alderwood Urban Land Complex 2 to 8 percent. The site <br /> exists as an existing residential home with grass as landscaping. There are no critical areas <br /> located within the site. The project contains 0.17 Acres. The proposal is to construct one <br /> parking area(4,203 SF) associated with the remodel of the existing building for a Diet <br /> Center. The existing garage is to be removed. <br /> Based on Figure 2.1 Volume-1 Minimum Technical Requirements of City of Everett <br /> Stormwater Management Manual the proposed project shall meet minimum requirements <br /> #1 through#5. The existing roof drain is daylighted to the east and infiltrates. A <br /> Bioretention Cell is proposed to meet MR#5 to infiltrate the maximum extent feasible. The <br /> bioretention cell is designed to accommodate mainly the roof area. See the developed basin <br /> map later in this report. The report follows the Stormwater Site Plan per City of Everett <br /> requirements. Refer to the following pages for more details. <br />
