The proposed bioretention cell is sized to accommodate the roof area. It is slightly over- <br /> sized to accommodate some of the drive aisle area also. See the developed basin map and <br /> the WWHM calculations attached alter in this report for more details. The bottom area of <br /> the bioretention cell is 110 SF (11' x 10'). <br /> Also, a note has been added to the plans to meet BMP 12.20. <br />
