• <br /> 6. Special Reports and Studies <br />• A Critical Areas Report was previously prepared and reviewed for the Lilly's Court <br /> Development project. Refer to City of Everett project file for previously approved wetland <br /> report. <br />• 7. Other Permits <br /> A demo permit will be needed for the removal of the existing garage on-site. No other <br /> known existing facilities on-site will require a demo permit. Additionally, during or soon after <br />• construction, building permits are to be submitted for the installation of the two remaining <br /> duplex unit's on-site (units 5-8). <br /> 8. ESC Analysis and Design <br />• <br /> Clearing/Construction Limits: Limits are clearly indicated on the grading plan,primarily <br /> around the southern and eastern portions of the existing residence. No clearing is <br /> planned for the existing residence or the front yard area. <br />• <br /> Cover Measures: Disturbed soils that are uncovered or unstabilized shall not remain <br /> uncovered for more than 7 days during the summer grading season(May 1st to September <br /> 30th). Disturbed soils that are uncovered or unstabilized shall not remain uncovered for <br />• more than 2 days during the winter grading season(October lst to April 30st). These <br /> covers shall be maintained until full-working operations can commence. This cover will <br /> include whatever method the city inspector prefers, but under no circumstance will be <br /> less than what is required using the BMP's described in the SWM. <br />• <br /> Perimeter Protection: We propose to install a silt fence that will be maintained the entire <br /> period of the construction development time frame. <br />• Traffic Area Stabilization: A single main construction entrance will be provided to the <br /> site located at the east end of the existing asphalt driveway. This will be maintained for <br /> the duration of the project. <br />• Sediment Retention: Due to minor clearing and grading onsite, significant sediment is not <br /> expected to leave the site.
