ESC Analysis and Design • Clearing/Construction Limits: Limits are clearly indicated on the grading plan,primarily around the southern and eastern portions of the existing residence. No clearing is planned for the existing residence or the front yard area. • Cover Measures: Disturbed soils that are uncovered or unstabilized shall not remain uncovered for more than 7 days during the summer grading season(May 1st to September 30th).
