Services Kirk Brooks (8 copies) Project Planner: <br /> Representative (See below) <br /> Pre-App Waiver Approved Planner's Comments <br /> The City requires that a pre-application meeting take place between the Applicant and City staff prior to submittal <br /> of any application except those for minor administrative decisions.The Director or his designee may waive the pre- <br /> application, when the Applicant requests a waiver. However, approval of a waiver does not constitute approval of a <br /> project. It is the Applicant's responsibility to submit a complete application that is consistent with City codes. At <br /> the pre-application meeting, the Applicant will be asked to explain the proposed project to City staff; will gain an <br /> understanding of the role of various City Departments in reviewing the proposed project; will gain familiarity with <br /> how City codes apply; and learn whether the proposed project will need to be revised prior to submitting an <br /> application. The pre-application meeting will provide the applicant with preliminary direction regarding required <br /> content of the proposed application. However, the conference is not intended to provide an exhaustive review of all <br /> potential issues the application could raise, and does not prevent the City from applying all relevant laws to the <br /> application.
