I
Upstream
Anal sis I
Y
In the existing condition, stormwater from offsite areas does not enter the site. The site is on a I
natural ridge and any surrounding drainage is collected either by improvements on the uphill
development or within the adjacent road and conveyed directly to the regional detention facility.
II
In the proposed condition, the loading dock access will occur at the SE corner of the site and will I
tie to the existing NORPRO site driveway shown in Photo #1. Because of the elevation differences
with the buildings there will be a portion of this driveway that will be re-graded. Therefore, a 111
portion of the existing site runoff will run onto the new site. This stormwater will be collected and
conveyed to the Powder Mill Gulch basin via the new stormwater conveyance system where it will
be treated for water quality and discharged to the same basin location.
# Photoir, Description
4.
-, , .,, ..:',,,,,-, ;:zi. #.44.! -4::.
q, 8 •.r,i< fir, }pkf ' 3 ` trtgy
- r , !
T < The photo shows the NE corner of I
1 thI
e existing NORPRO site.
I
I'..1-;''
v fi b
I
I
I
4.
I
6/16/2011 storm Site Plan Page 17 I
