UPSTREAM ANALYSIS
During the site visit it was observed that due to the site grades and surrounding
development/improvements the only area potentially contributing runoff to this site is from
the parcel to the east. This runoff, from the adjacent landscaping and driveway, enters the
site and flows to the west. It was clear that all off-site flows will pass through or around
this site and will remain that way after construction. Based on the location of the proposed
improvements the existing runoff from the upstream area will continue to flow unaffected
around this site after the project has been constructed.
B. DOWNSTREAM ANALYSIS
Runoff from the proposed disturbance areas of the existing site travels to the west over
landscaping toward 11th Place W. The runoff will either be collected by an on-site catch
OLYMPIC TERRACE CONDOS 13-0605
June 2013 Page 6
