.t <br /> •f <br /> Marlene Bissell 10-Unit Condo's <br /> Drainage Report <br /> Section 1 —Summary <br /> The property is located within the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter, Section 30, <br /> Township 28 North,Range 05 East, W.M. on S.R. 527 (Bothell-Everett Highway just north of <br /> the intersection of S.R. 527 and 124th Street SE, (See Figure 1,Vicinity Map). The site contains <br /> approximately 1.01 acres with three existing structures; one SFR house, a large pole building, <br /> and a shed. The proposal is for 10 detached condominiums. Access to the site will be from S.R. <br /> 527 via a 24 foot wide paved private road. <br /> The soil found on the site is Alderwood Urban Land Complex with a Hydrologic Group C. <br /> Stormwater from the proposal will be detained in a 268' long,46"high x 60"wide detention arch <br /> pipe and released at a controlled rate back into the existing drainage system, using calculations <br /> based on pre-existing conditions. Water quality will consist of two double cartridge stormwater <br /> filtration catch basins sized to filter the 6 month 24-hour storm event as well as 6"of permanent <br /> pool in the detention pipe to control sedimentation. <br /> 2 <br />
